What Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when booking a demo, submitting a contact form, or creating an account. This includes your name, work email address, job title, and company name. We also collect usage data through Microsoft Clarity, including mouse movements, clicks, and page navigation patterns, to understand how visitors interact with our platform.

Why We Collect It

We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver the Comeply platform to customers, send relevant product communications you have opted into, and improve the performance and usability of our service.

Legal Basis

We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR: performance of a contract when delivering platform access to customers; legitimate interest when analysing usage data to improve our service; and consent where explicitly requested, such as for marketing communications.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 2 years from last contact. Customer account data is retained for the duration of your contract and deleted within 90 days of termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics data collected via Microsoft Clarity is subject to Microsoft's own retention policy.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary to operate our service, including Microsoft (Clarity analytics), our hosting provider (EU-region cloud infrastructure), and any CRM or email tooling used to manage customer communications. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a portable copy of your data. Comeply uses cookies through Microsoft Clarity to collect behavioural analytics data. These cookies do not identify you personally but do track interactions with our website. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; however, some functionality may be affected.
