01

What Comeply Is

Comeply is a regulatory intelligence platform that monitors authoritative regulatory sources, extracts and structures requirements, and maps them against your internal documentation to support compliance decision-making. Comeply is a software tool. Nothing on the Comeply platform constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, or a guarantee of compliance. Your organisation remains solely responsible for all compliance decisions and outcomes.

02

Who May Use the Platform

Comeply is intended exclusively for use by businesses and their authorised representatives. Use of the platform implies that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity and have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. Comeply is not intended for use by consumers.

03

What We Provide

Subject to these terms and payment of any applicable fees, Comeply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business compliance purposes. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

04

Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not use the platform to process data you do not have the right to process, attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary elements of the platform, resell or sublicense access to third parties, or use platform outputs to train, develop, or improve any competing AI or compliance product.

05

Intellectual Property

Comeply ApS retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, its underlying technology, and the regulatory intelligence content it generates. You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Comeply a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

06

No Regulatory or Legal Advice

Comeply surfaces, structures, and analyses publicly available regulatory information. Outputs generated by the platform are intended to support — not replace — qualified regulatory and legal expertise within your organisation. Comeply makes no representation that its outputs are complete, current, or applicable to your specific regulatory situation.

07

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Comeply ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

08

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Comeply may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
